What is Merci?
Merci is software that runs your Meta ads. It learns your business, your brand and your customer, researches the market, makes the ads, launches them, and decides which ones to stop and which to push. It is software, not an agency and not a person.
Does it use my own Meta ad account?
Yes. You connect your own Meta ad account and your money stays in your account. Merci starts with a read-only connection to see what is already running, and asks Meta only for the permissions it needs.
Can Merci spend more than I allow?
No. The spending limits are fixed rules in code, not AI guesses. Merci can ask to change a limit, but only you can raise one, and a raise has a waiting period.
Will my ads go live without my approval?
Not by default. Every new ad is created paused, and approval is on by default, so nothing goes live until you approve it. AI brings the volume, you bring the taste.
Can I stop it at any time?
Yes. The kill switch is always on and cannot be turned off. One click pauses your ads.
What kind of ads does it make?
Mostly static image ads. They can send people to your website, to WhatsApp, or to a lead form. Only the destination changes.
What if my budget is small?
Merci will not turn you away. It will encourage you to raise your budget, because ads need enough budget to test what works. It is your call, and you can still go ahead.
How long does setup take?
Setup only takes 5 minutes. That means signing up and answering the onboarding questions, up to the point your Meta account is connected. It does not include waiting for Meta, or Merci's own research time.
Does Merci promise results?
No. Nobody can guarantee ad results. Merci makes and manages the ads.
